SPEAKER:
Miguel is the Founder of UTSAH, a prominent Child Rights agency based in Assam, in North-East India. Miguel is the youngest Member of the Kamrup Metropolitan Child Labour Task Force Committee and Child Protection Committee of the Government of Assam. He is the Government appointed Support Person to survivors of child sexual abuse in Assam. Miguel plays a crucial role in regional and national consultative and policy-making processes on children's rights.
